FoodMan Implementation

County Kitchen has been using the Food Man business management solution since October 2013. Audrey Ferguson describes the company's business processes before Food man a mix of paper files, Sage Accounts software & one too many spreadsheets. It was definitely an upgrade for us, getting Food man, in that it linked lots of needs & knitted things together, she says.

Explaining how the company deploys Foodman. Audrey explains "We use it for processing all orders, our van sales teams create orders for the next visit to the shop from their mobile devices, this data is then added up together and our 'What to bake report' is created automatically every day." The orders are then delivered and signed for electronically on the mobile device screen. Finally at the end of the day/week/month, we hit one button and all orders become reconciled and Sage invoices are automatically created.

We have saved over 40 hours of administration work per week and we are also saving space in our office by not having to keep all the paper order books any more.

So I can confirm what Food man really does is help us to provide a great customer service and manage our sales operation in a most quick and efficient way possible - it does not make our bread for us (yet) but it does do a lot of other essential things.
