Vehicle Checks

Every driver is required to fill in a vehicle check once per day - in the morning just after logging into the application. The vehicle check items can be fully customized to your requirements. You can record temperature for chilled or frozen products, odometer readings, any damage to the vehicle.

Each check is recorded and proves that your business is doing its bit to ensure that your employees are safe when on the road and that you do have a management process that ensures your compliance with the current legislation.

FoodMan can also remind the driver or the back office operator about the MOT, Road Tax, Driving License renewal or Vehicle Service being due within a few weeks.
